At Bethany we want to encourage women, nurture community, and strengthen faith.

Girlfriends’ Tea on Saturday, July 27 from 1-3pm

Come join us for an afternoon of warm conversation, finger sandwiches and cool drinks on July 27 from 1-3pm in the Community Life Center.  Cost is $5/person, girls 6-12yrs of age are free. Our entertainment this year will be Bethany’s very own, Gary Knippa.

How can two people with different beliefs get along—when they are married to each other? And how do we talk about the things that hurt too much?

Go behind the scenes of marriage in a reading of the play Paper Wings by Gillette Elvgren, performed by professional actors Ryan Crowder and Brie Tschoepe. Pastor Martin Danner, LPC-I, will lead a post-reading discussion around some tender topics addressed in this play. Directed by Elizabeth Bernhardt

Free, with childcare, heavy hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and desserts provided. Pre-show music by B. Sterling Archer starting at 6:20pm. Donations accepted at the event to support Expatriate Theatre Company, Elizabeth’s new theatre startup.
