Bethany Marketplace Vendor Information

The ladies of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League of Bethany Lutheran Church cordially invite you and/or your organization to join us in our annual Christmas Marketplace to be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017. 

This is the 40th year that we have expanded our Marketplace to include our neighboring churches and Christian friends. Last year’s market included over 100 local artisans. 

Setup, will begin Friday night between 6 and 9 p.m.  Set up for the outside booths and additional time for the spaces within the building, will be at 7:00 am the day of the show. 

More than two thousand shoppers attended last year! Greeters will be positioned at the entrances handing out maps with vendor listings for our shoppers. 

            Registration forms should be returned to: Susan Zachgo, 10213 Stellar Cove, Austin, TX 78739-1764.   

 All checks should be made out to The "Bethany Women in Mission".  

Registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  We ask that your booth contain only handcrafted items, defined as those made or assembled by the booth renter or a friend/business associate of the renter. Booth rental must accompany the registration form in order to reserve your spot.  Our space is limited, so please return your form as soon as possible.
